Our homes are new construction in Durham. They were built as houses and they look like houses, because that is
what they are — on ordinary streets, with neighbors, and nothing about them announces what they are to
anyone driving past.

Every resident has a private bedroom. Kitchens, living rooms and outdoor space are shared the way they are in any
home. Exterior cameras are installed with approval from the Division of Health Service Regulation, and interior
cameras are limited to common areas only — kitchen, living room and hallway. There are no cameras in bedrooms
or bathrooms, and residents are told exactly where cameras are before they move in.
