What We Offer
Supported Living
Support in a person’s own home, at the level they need. The individual holds the lease. Staffing is set by the plan of care and ranges from periodic check-ins to awake overnight support.
Licensed Residential Care
A licensed home on East End Avenue for up to three adults who need a supervised setting, with staff on site around the clock.
Community Networking
Support to take part in life outside the home — classes, volunteering, clubs, public transit, and building the skills to do it independently.
