Better Day Residential Care is a Durham-based provider of residential and community supports for adults with
intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are family owned and we are small on purpose — three residents
to a home, with staff who know the people they support.

We built the organization in a particular order: the homes first, then the systems and training, then the staff, and
only then the people we serve. That order was deliberate. Nobody moves into a house that is not ready.
