They oversee care plans, coordinate services, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner closely with families and support teams to promote long-term stability and growth.
Direct Support Professional (DSP) Services
Our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide hands-on assistance that helps individuals with IDD live fulfilling lives. By supporting daily activities, encouraging social engagement, and maintaining safe, respectful environments, DSPs play a vital role in fostering independence and well-being.
